I’m an Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience as a Leadership Development Professional in some of the world’s top firms, including BCG, Bain & Company, Bain Capital, and with clients in top PE and VC funds. As an objective 3rd party, I provide a fresh perspective, challenging and supporting you as you improve your leadership skills.
I use proven systems-based coaching techniques with your team to develop honest and direct communication, tackle performance issues and improve morale, resulting in more efficient collaboration. Each workshop and ongoing programme is custom designed to support your organisation’s needs.
